Don’t judge me, but I used to drink Diet Coke for breakfast. I know, it's disgusting.

I used to be embarrassed to say that. (And quite frankly, I still am.)

At the time, I was one of those weird people that didn’t drink coffee, but I desperately needed energy.

A few years later, my bad habit evolved, and I was drinking an energy drink every morning as part of my morning ritual.
